Unsure if "The Ballad of Billy the Kid" was actually played, probably not likely. Apparently Billy destroyed his guitar ala Hendrix during Highway to Hell... Also he sang the chorus to "Get Back" (Beatles) and parts of "Crossroads" (Cream/Robert Johnson) during the latter half of the show.
