It was about this time when Billy played piano at
the Executive Lounge in Hollywood as Bill Martin. He played there
for 6 months earning a living and trying to escape from Family
Productions and Artie Ripp.
During the concerts held in LA for the 2001 Face to Face tour
Billy mentioned that he wrote Piano Man at 6800 Mulholland Drive,
Los Angeles, CA. I'm assuming he lived there at around this time...
